The Look Good Feel Better online raffle is promoted by Look Good Feel Better Trading Limited, a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (company no. 09017551).
Look Good Feel Better Trading Limited is the trading subsidiary of the charity The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Foundation (CTPF). Taxable profits made by the company are remitted to the charity by way of gift aid. The company undertakes non-primary purpose trading activities on behalf of its parent charity. The charity is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (charity no. 1031728), whose registered office is at West Hill House, 32 West Hill, Epsom, Surrey KT19 8JD (“the Promoting Society”).
Look Good Feel Better Winter Raffle is a Small Society Lottery registered and regulated by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. www.epsom-ewell.gov.uk. Permit number 570 and this raffle is run under the rules laid down by the Gambling Act 2005. Underage gambling is an offence. Our winter raffle 2024 is open to mainland Great Britain residents and those residing in Northern Ireland, over the age of 18 (this excludes Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses). The raffle is open to all who purchase a ticket(s), except individuals having any connection with the production and management of the draw.
The cost of each e-ticket entry into the Look Good Feel Better Online Raffle (the “raffle”) is £5. You may purchase more than one ticket. You will not receive physical tickets, you will receive an email receipt with automatically assigned ticket numbers.
How to enter
By submitting an entry, you (the “entrant” and / or “purchaser”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Do not purchase a ticket if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
Purchasers of tickets will be asked to provide their contact details including name, address, email address and telephone number. This information will be processed in accordance with the data protection legislation and our privacy policy. We will store and process the entrant’s personal information to:
- communicate with the entrants in relation to this raffle
- notify the winner that they have won the prize
You are responsible for providing us with your accurate contact details and we will not be liable for any failure or inability to contact the winner due to errors or omissions in the contact details provided to us.
Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date and the time of the draw via the Look Good Feel Better online shop only and only via debit card. Credit cards will not be accepted. Postal and telephone payment for raffle tickets is not permitted.
Entries must not be bought on behalf of somebody else. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18, their entry will be void (and the payment received will be treated as a donation and not refunded to the purchaser) and he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize.
Any ticket entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered a donation to Look Good Feel Better
Prize draw
Entries into the raffle will close at midday on Monday 16th December 2024 or when 4000 tickets are sold.
In order to promote responsible gambling, and stay within the charity’s licensing threshold, it is recommended that no more than 100 chances are to be purchased per person for the winter raffle 2024.
Regardless, the draw will take place at midday on Monday 16th December 2024. Entrants will be drawn using an automated system and winners will be notified of their prize by Look Good Feel Better within 48 hours after the draw.
Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from the 1st prize down to the last one. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are as advertised and subject to the prize providers terms and conditions. There are no alternatives offered.
If we are unable to contact a prize-winner, and a prize remains unclaimed for six months following our first attempt to notify the prize-winner, we may apply the prize as we see fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.
All winners are required to co-operate with us, in publishing their win as and where we deem appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.
Prize T&C’s
Prizes will be selected at random and all prizes will be allocated to each winner after the raffle has been drawn. Winners can not pick their prizes.
Limitation of liability
Look Good Feel Better accepts no responsibility for:
- any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted; or
- non-receipt or issues with the receipt of the prize as a result of errors or omissions in the contact details provided to us.

Look Good Feel Better hold the appropriate licences as required by the Gambling Commission to operate this raffle.
